Isn’t SHE wonderful?!

Our case PASSED the COURTS TODAY!!  This lovely little girl is now a member of our family.

It’s REAL… like sooo REAL!

This wonderful little girls name is…. FRAZER GIZAW SERVICE!!!

We are soooo excited! Anyone have any idea how to make nice with a 4 year old who looks at you like your crazy?

We should be leaving the first week of February!

I want to thank everyone who prayed in our behalf.. I know the Lord was listening!

2 days way from…. ”the” court date in Ethiopia!

I feel sooo much love for this little person who will have to be so brave. Love for her family, they have had to make a very hard and emotional desition to give FF a life outside of their control. Love for FF’s birth Mother! She loved and raised FF for as long as her body would allow!  Her body may have not been able to fight the battle going on inside but FF will always know what a sacrifice her mother made for her! I want to be able to LOVE FF, care for her and teach her all that I can. Share with FF my love and honor for the woman who carried her in her womb. I have peace because of my faith in Heavenly Father and in HIS plan. Peace in the feeling that we have known FF for a long, long time. Peace that with the Lords help we can over come so much!

With all of those GOOD feeling there are also a whole lot of crazy, mixed up feeling too…

We are just plain Crazy people! After we receive “THE” email on the 16th whatever it might say we are ready to move forward… so much will change in all of our lives! If we do pass court then we could be on a jet plane in 2-4 weeks… to greet a child who quite frankly isn’t real keen with the idea of being gotten!!! WHAT!!! Or the case could just not pass or could just not be heard or the sun and the moon are out of whack and… well… that would SUCK!

Now we should all know by know that I am certifiably Nuts too… RIGHT!!  Because a month ago I ran away for a visit trip , I was going NUTS. Now we are really nuts because this is all happening so fast. Wait!!!

This is so HUGE! So much has already happened in little FF’s life. She has seen and felt so much loss and now these “strangers” are going to “take” her away from her life. Her “people” her yummy food. “Sorry kid cooking isn’t one of my best qualities” I am so scared that I will mess her up. That I will miss something, that she will miss something.

Wow thanks for holding on with me…. that was tuff.

The great news is after the 16th… If her case passes we can post as many pictures of FF as we want. Hey I can even post her real name….SWEET HU!!!

OK if anyone reads this I NEED your help! Yup this last year has been a little crazy and I have EATEN my way through it. 4 years ago I worked my #$@ off and lost 20 lbs. I really felt HOT but now… I feel ugh! I wear the same 3 outfits (that I hate) because I also HATE buyingclothes right now. Cuz I’m chubby… have you got that yet??

Here is what I need… someone or many someones to set a goal/goals with ME! A real plan… Nat my sister-in-law talked about training for a half marathon??  Ah… that one might be a tinny bit to much but at this point I’m SO ready to drop pant sizes instead of gaining them!
